The MASHAV/MATC tailor-made course on Developing the Beekeeping Sector is held in cooperation with the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency for a delegation of seven senior officials from the Ethiopian beekeeping sector, whose mission is to explore ways to develop and promote the beekeeping sector of Ethiopia.
Honey production, quality assurance, apiary management, pollination, and extension methods for reaching grassroots level traditional beekeepers are just a few of the topics covered in this three week course, including lectures, field visits, and knowledge sharing sessions with Israeli experts.
